Wedding Ceremony Descriptions

Since there are so many ways to customize your wedding, below are some of the ways we filter what is included as part of your wedding ceremony. As always, please reach out to me with any questions. I will always be able to offer a free consultation over the phone or via skype/facetime.

All ceremonies include our consultation and the signing and mailing of the marriage license. Travel fees will apply beyond 20 miles of 91401. If you would like for me to join your rehearsal there is an additional fee of $75. I recommend me being there if we are going to have something like a Unity candle where we'd be moving around during the ceremony.

SIMPLE AND LOVELY

BASIC LEGAL CEREMONY

  • The basic and legal ceremony is intended for simple and small services. We will follow the same outline as a traditional wedding and have a complimentary skype/facetime conversation prior to the ceremony.

  • This wedding consists of a basic introduction, the declaration of intent, the exchange of vows, the exchange of rings, and lastly the pronouncement.

  • I will mail the Marriage License after the ceremony and signing.

ELEGANT CEREMONY

  • Skype Facetime / Meet in Person to learn about your story and how you want to tell it.

  • Crafting the ceremony with your input in a shared Google Doc. 

  • Perform Legal Ceremony

  • Coordinate with the DJ/Wedding planner/photographer/videographer to ensure the ceremony goes smoothly and highlight any details with them that we want to be captured.

  • I will arrive about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure everything is set up perfectly.

  • Mail the Marriage License after the ceremony and the signing.

PERFECTLY PLANNED

ELABORATE CEREMONY

  • In person meeting and unlimited phone calls or skype meetings to ensure we have everything set up correctly in the right order.

  • An individual interview with the both of you to learn more about you as individuals and as a couple.

  • Writing your vows can be a daunting task and I can help you craft and deliver your vows on your special day.

  • Writing the ceremony with your personal stories that tie into the theme of the day and the ceremony in a shared Google doc if preferred.

  • Coordinating with the DJ/Planner/Photographer/Videographer to ensure that everything is set up ahead of time for the ceremony and that we capture everything just perfectly to incorporate the unity candle or any other special aspects we'll have in the ceremony.

  • I will arrive at the wedding venue an hour before the start time and be ready to make a Welcome announcement to remind people to turn off cell phones etc, as desired.

  • Mailing the marriage license after all parties have signed it.

ELABORATE CEREMONY WITH ORIGINAL MUSIC

In addition to the above services, I will write an original score for your wedding. As a composer experienced in Film and TV, I am versatile in writing the perfect score for your walk down the aisle. This is truly the most original way to celebrate the day and be able to remember it forever. Many couples I have written for have saved the tracks as their ring tones and/or are able to include it as part of their wedding videos. In our interviews, we'll discuss and make a playlist together of what you envision for your walk up and down the aisle.
